After your reservation of a journey you receive detailed travel information from us. Preparation, equipment, visa, health care and the exactly meeting point. This is a camping site or a hotel at the starting point.

We are already two days before a journey starts and two days after the end of a journey at the meeting point.

If you should arrive before travel beginning at the starting point or remain longer after travel ending, then you have to pay only the additional camping fees.

Dates and Prices

We don't have a "Local Payment"!

Financial Bounding: Every tour operator in Germany is obliged by law to take out an insurance against insolvency for his customers. This so-called “Reisesicherungsschein” grants the refund of the already paid travelling price, the first instalment and necessary expenditures (also additional expenditures) for the return journey in case the tour operator is unable to pay or goes bankrupt. (§651K Abs.4 BGB). You will receive the insurance policy together with our travel confirmation before the first payment.

If you book more than five months before departure you get a 5% discount.

Our prices include

* The “Reisesicherungsschein” (see “Financial Bounding” at the top)
* The journey in our truck including all ship- and ferry fees, all road tolls.
* Complete camping equipment and kitchen equipment (not sleeping bag)
* No extra fees for a single tent! Everybody gets a 2-person tent, with mosquitonet and water proof. For couples we have spacious 3 – person tents.
* all food, as mentioned in the travel description
* all fees on camping places
* all fees in national parks, museums, pirogue excursions and excursions we do together as mentioned in our travel description

Our prices do not include

* flights
* visa fees
* border fees
* taxi fees
* photograph fees
* tips ( for the guides)
* stay in hotels (if not mentioned in the travel description)
* restaurants (if not mentioned in the travel description)
